Greg Johnson, PCIP

Greg is Co-Author of the book Testing and Securing Web Applications. (Available HERE.) Greg started Webcheck Security after a career spanning a decade and a half with technology companies such as WordPerfect/Novell, SecurityMetrics, Lancera, Secuvant and A-LIGN.   He loves people and providing solutions with integrity. A BYU graduate, Greg began his career in the era of 64k, 5.25” floppy drives and Mac 128k’s. As the industry evolved, Greg moved into the cyber arena providing cyber controls, compliance, data breach and response solutions.  


In his experience as VP of Business Development with A-LIGN, Greg consulted, guided and educated dozens of clients in cyber compliance guidelines and certifications for standards such as:

  • PCI

  • ISO 27001

  • SOC 1 and SOC 2

  • GDPR


Greg is adept at scoping and providing solutions for web application, infrastructure penetration testing (both internal and external) as well as managed detection and response, incident response and digital forensic investigations.


When Greg is not providing cyber solutions for his clients, he can be found playing with his grandchildren and rehearsing or performing with the world-renowned Tabernacle Choir on Temple Square.

Curt Jeppson, CISSP, OSCP, ISA
VP Engineering, CISO

Curt Jeppson has been working in Information Security and Penetration Testing for 15 years in increasing roles of responsibility within the financial, marketing, legal, e­commerce and technology industries. His technical certifications include the CISSP, OSCP, and various AWS and Google cloud engineering certifications. Mr. Jeppson has a Bachelors degree in Information Technology and a Masters degree in Information Security and Management. He currently performs penetration tests, assessments, CISO guidance and architectural reviews for various company sizes and also teaches classes on penetration testing and other subjects in cyber security. He has served as VP of Technology for United online, run cyber security at a Manhattan law firm, and Director of Security at Urbint and several other organizations. 


Prior to his IT careers he was an Infantry Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.


Charlene Ignacio Bosworth,

Charlene Ignacio Bosworth has been instrumental in helping companies thrive through the aftermath of a pandemic. Thomas Rogan

Thomas is an experienced Project Manager who is well-versed in many enterprise-level IT disciplines. He has a solid background in a wide variety of technologies. Having successfully led several cross-functional teams from the ground up to success. Coupling his in-depth experience in Solution Delivery and broad range of technologies with a strong experience base in Technical Architecture and Infrastructure Architecture with enterprise scale information systems, Thomas is ideally suited for this role.

Thomas has over 20 years of experience with a strong proficiency in Customer and Partner Relationship Management, Project Management as well as the science of the structured methodologies used in IS infrastructure and applications development projects.

Jackie Barrett is proud to be part of this high quality, quickly growing company, and brings an enthusiasm with can-do attitude.  She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in theatre and technology. Working as a stage manager she gained great experience interfacing with clients. Later she worked professionally as an audio technician where she learned to trouble-shoot and problem solve, as well as help ease customer concerns.


Outside of work Jackie likes to spend time with her daughters and Airman husband, spend time at the climbing gym, and use her talents to serve in her church and community.
